I am passionate about helping founders feel more organised in and connected to their businesses. With 20 years experience in working with creative entrepreneurs, there are few challenges I haven’t come across, and I’ve appeared on expert panels for The Design Trust, Selfridges, Escape the City, The British Library, Enterprise Nation, and the Crafts Council.
I also run practical group sessions on managing overwhelm and prioritisation, most recently for Crafty Fox Market and London Made Me, teaching essential skills to help founders feel positive about how to grow and shape their businesses.

Case study
In collaboration with Crafty Fox Market and the Crafts Council, I appeared at their Creative Reset Day for Makers; an event designed to allow founders to pause, reset and reconnect with their creative practice. I led an hour-long session on overcoming overwhelm; helping entrepreneurs to prioritise what really matters in their businesses so they can get back to focussing on creativity.
Together, we explored some of the common causes of overwhelm for creative practitioners and I shared simple tools and strategies for managing it, giving more space to think, make and breathe.
